Prosecco aka Glera from the Peters Creek Vineyard in McLaren Vale, SA. Cold soaked for two days to build texture, a slow natural ferment with a late juice addition of old-vine Muscat. No added SO2.

2022 DAS JUICE ROSE – MCLAREN VALE
A blend of Tempranillo & Pinot Noir both from the high edge of McLaren Vale. Whole bunch pressed, slow and cool natural ferment in tank finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling.
Bright, dry and so much fun to drink. Dark red fruits play in tandem with good acidity and plushness. Drink on a beach where possible.

Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from the exceptional Yangarra vineyard at the top of McLaren Vale, fermented whole-bunch for 2 weeks and joined with direct press juice and destemmed berries of Shiraz. The combination of these elements yields a bright red that straddles the line of juicy/complex in a way that has happily become the hallmark of Das Juice in general.
A juicy light red with dark blue fruit and featherweight tannin. Ideal with a chill.
